[vc_row][vc_column][text_output]Success is relative and success is subjective. What success feels like and looks like to me will be different than what it does to you. No matter what lens you look through, if you don’t know what you want the end, the goal to look like, you will never know when you’ve reached it. Without knowing and being able to visualize the target, it’s so easy to get off track. Some people call it the ‘how come’, others refer to it as ‘knowing your why’. Regardless of what you label it, know what you want, know why you want it, and commit to doing everything you can to obtain it . . . everything that is, except for falling short.

Talking about success sounds like a lot of fluff because success isn’t tangible. But, here’s what I can tell you for certain thanks to my experiences. It’s hard to see the big picture, to keep going, to push through the hard times when you don’t know why you’ve started, when no one cheers you on, and when you feel as though you’ve failed. So, do yourself a favor and write down your goals, your visions, your dreams. Write a note or a letter or draw a picture to yourself to remind you of why you’re starting and what you want the final product to look like. And when those days come when you want to settle or quit or curse someone out, read it. When you cry because you feel unsupported and alone, read it. And when you think you can’t take one more failed attempt, read it, go to bed, and get up tomorrow and get back to it.

Focus and work hard.
