[vc_row inner_container=”true” padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px” border=”none”][vc_column][text_output]If I had to describe why I chose to start Launch in one word, the word would be, potential. It is a word that I used to HATE and then began to love and then went back to hating it because it became an overused buzzword. I still value what it means and I created Launch because I was blown away by all the potential I saw and continue to see in teens and young adults and that I wanted to help. The tricky part about potential though is that sometimes, other people see it in you before you see it in yourself and sometimes they believe in your potential more than you do. Tony Robbins has a great diagram he uses to explain what drives some people and what pattern those who succeed follow.
He says, that no matter which one at which you start, the next three feed off of the one before it. For example, if you believe you have great potential, you will take great action, which will produce results, which will increase your belief in yourself and whatever you’re doing, and the cycle will continue. The thing is, you gotta mentally decide, before you begin, that what you want to do is possible, that you won’t succumb to fear, and that you will press through the tough times, the ‘failures’, and the things that feel like defeat.
It doesn’t matter which one you start at, as long as you start.
